This was actually a dress from Urban Outfitters though I modified it into a crop-top as the bottom part was oddly proportioned. There are buttons on the inside where elastic was but they can be easily removed if requested.

It's ribbed fabric, stretchy. The bottom seams are less stretchy, as it was modified with non-elastic thread.
