Rhoda Lee light blue Short sleeve high pleated neck top neck buttons

For sale is a beautiful light blue top with a hi turtle neck in a pleated braided pattern, short sleeves and a back 3 button closure. Size unmarked but runs small to medium. Please view it on my mannequin which is size 4 US CONDITION: there are light stains in lines and a bottom left corner has two tiny holes (burns) - could be tucked in or cut off, it's very light polyester, so the lines might be washable.
