This is a small rhinestone tiara. The middle pear-shaped rhinestone is missing and there are 5 small rhinestones that are missing on the band which I’m sure you could find at a local craft shop and glue them back in It’s held onto the head with bobby pins that go through the holder on each side of the Teaira.
