Rhinestone head band

I bought this less than a year ago. Never actually worn. From Icing. Originally $24. It is a adult rhinestone headband with a white stretchy band. All rhinestones still attached and SUPER shiny. The white band is still extremely white. I don't have the original purchase receipt. I was planning on wearing this for my wedding but ended up going with a different hairstyle so I didn't use it. I've kept it in my jewelry armoire so it wouldn't get damaged.
