Rhinestone Stars Moon Felt Mini Top Hat Art Deco Derby Church

Sassy and smart vintage red Art Deco felt top hat from Stephen Jones. Hand made in England. Soft high quality brushed red wool felt molded into tall flat crown, rolled up soft wire brim dimpled in front. Charming stars and moon clear faceted rhinestones. Lined and stamped in black silk. Condition: Very good vintage condition, slight wear inside band, slight misshape, 1 darkened rhinestone top center. Original elastic band has lost some of its stretch, I will include extras if you want to change it out. See photos. Size: Small miniature size perches high on head. Measures 17" inside black grosgrain ribbon circumference, 8" inside diameter side to side, 3-1/4" tall crown height at center front, 1-1/4" brim at front.
