Rhinestone Floral Necklace, Silver and Blue

Vintage floral choker-length statement necklace with light blue rhinestones. This is a relatively modern necklace (guessing 1990s?) made to look like it's older - the silver tone metal has a dull, aged antiqued silver look. Good condition - no missing stones. No brand markings, measures 15" with 3" extender, lobster clasp.
