Beautiful Rhea Costa cocktail dress — bow in the back, small slit at the front! Thin padding at the shoulder, slightly open at the sides. Beautiful condition, beautiful quality. Purchased second hand, and the measurements were misrepresented. Very light wear, and the size tag is missing. Seems to match the size Medium/IT44 on Rhea Costa’s website, but please check measurements below! Measurements (flat): Bust: 17” Waist: 14” (at smallest point — little to no give) Hips: 17” Mid neck to hem: 39”
