Brand New: My daughter wore them around the house for a couple of hours even though they were too small. That is the only time they were worn. A tiny bit of dirt is on the shoes from our wood floors. Size US13.0. Please see Revolution size chart in the images of this listing. The size chart states that US13C is a Toddler 9.5 to 10. My daughter wears a size 9.5 shoe and these are a size too small for her.
