Reversible vest

Quilted vest that is completely reversible with rose print on the inside and back panel. Vintage condition, so there is some wear and tear but excellent condition given the age. This is likely from the late 80s or early 90s from what I can tell. 3 buttons up the front and a deep v neck. Whites, cream, and pastels are all quilted together with a rose print lining over muted railroad stripes. Ties at the back when the quilted side is facing out to ensure a good fit. Seems to be handmade, so there is not brand or sizing tag.
