Reversible hi/low top with elephant print

Navy and tan top made of polyester. It's short in the front with a long tail in back like a dress. Fully reversible, I took pics of both sides. Because it is reversible, there on no tags on the garment. They were only on the store tags. Machine washable and does not wrinkle. Measures about 21" inches across.
