Nice black and off white button blouse. Feels like silk blend but there is no tag so I can’t confirm. Measured 17” across chest laid flat. Size small. I wear 34D and unfortunately this blouse was just a tad too snug on chest, there is no stretch. This blouse is reversible! Cute bohemian print on both sides. Brand unknown but from Dillards
