New. Two bags in one! One side is light blue chambray and the other is a blue and white flower print. Both fabrics are cotton. The top zips closed with a separating zipper. The compartment on the bottom of the bag has a zipper on the outside and a zipper that be accessed from the inside. The bottom compartment would be great for an umbrella. This is in new, never used No matter what pattern you select, the boho, shabby chic shoulder bag is not a cheap nylon purse. This is well put together, topstitched, mostly cotton and the fabric feels substantial. I've seen reversable bags before, but not one that zips! The zippers work no matter which side is out.
