The bottom inside of the dress is dirty but does not show through to the outside. Will send with the “Revelry” garment bag. My measurements at time of wear: Waist: 32in Bust: 34in Hips: 42in Height: 5’9” (wore 4 inch heels with dress) Dress measurements laying flat: Waist: approx 16” Hips: approx 18” I did order it in the tall size, but got a some length taken off the bottom.
