In excellent condition! label: Revelry label size: 8 length: 46" (waist to hem- regular maxi based on Revelry measurements) Size chart from Revelry Size 8/ size M bust: 36.5 (accurate) waist: 29 in (accurate) - could maybe fit a 30 inch waist as well, the velvet fabric has some give hip: 39.5 (accurate)- again, with the give of the fabric could also probably work if your hip measurement is 40 I ordered it to wear as a bridesmaid but ended up wearing a different dress.
