Retrology womens orange scrunchy striped blouse size small

I'm excellent condition could not find anything wrong with the shirt . no holes no stains scrunchy on top of chest/ shoulder area. striped light weight the front is a little bit shorter then the back and it also had the tied appearance in the front. see pictures. faux button up ( the buttons are just for show) tie sleeves Orange and white size small pit to pit measurement is 19 inches height from top of shoulder to bottom front is 25 inches. from back is 27 inches across torso is 18 inches sleeve length is 17 inches casual blouse shirt top 3/4 sleeve mid sleeve
