Retro-Style Black (formal) Dress

This dress is is a nod to the full skirted dresses of the 50's. However, it maintains an elegant contemporary look. Wide satin cowl neck, shirred waist and full skirt with slight under-skirt netting for some fullness. 3/4 length sleeves finished with contrasting satin turned b ack cuffs with permanent buttons. Worn only once.
