What says retro better then 95% polyester and 5% spandex? This adorable dress by B Wear by Byer is awesome for everyday cuteness! It is stretchy and the bottom of the dress is not hemmed, but sergered to give it a more wavy look. The approx measurements were taken with the garment lying flat (please double when appropriate) length, from shoulder to bottom: 35" width shoulder to shoulder: 13" armpit to armpit: 14 1/2" waist: 14" (x2) hip: 18" (x2) bottom: 28" across.
