Retro resort wear dress

Has such a great 90's vibe, sadly too long on me. No size or care tag. Fits very flattering as I'm a TTS Small, could also fit an XSmall. Arms hug comfortably but not tight. Has an adjustable tie back around the waist. Has 1 modest slit in the back. Would be adorable for resort-wear and down the beach. No flaws to note. Comment for questions🌾✨
