Retro Vintage Sparkly Midi Party Dress - 80s/90s Glam

This dress is beautiful! I bought it over 3 years ago but it was too big. This dress would ideally fit anyone that has a 31 inch to a 34/35 inch waist. No stretch. A few threads pulled. But still greatly kept! The straps are a bit weak, so reinforcement needs to be added. It might a mini dress if you’re tall but me (someone who is 5’1, it fit below my knee).
