Is this cotton and is it stretchy? Also, what's is the bust measurement?

@tariona1113 it has a little stretch, it’s a giving material. Not sure of the measurements on the bust - I would say it’s a true medium (I’m a 34 D) but I can measure when I get home next week 🙂
