Retro Inspired Strapless Teal Dress

Never worn, in good condition. It is a light teal color and has white lace detailing at the top and bottom and ties in the back. Waist and Bust are 30”. The back top part of dress has elastic in the back and stretches to about 34”. So, would best fit a size XS. The dress has a built in slip, which shows where it comes to in relation to the length of the dress in the last photo. The dress ends right at the knees.
