Retro Girl Dog Naked Butt Poking Out of Dress Ceramic Figurine

Such a cute figurine. She forgot her undies! I am not sure the maker. There is felt glued to the bottom. This design was made by many manufacturers (according to my limited research) I just no it's cute. In good shape. I don't see any chips or cracks. It may need a better cleaning though. Measures approximately 4 3/4" tall. Tall glass case.
