I've always been a penguin fan. I've always been a Chilly Willy fan. I've had the hat for a very long time. I may have worn it once or twice. I'm downsizing and need to give up stuff so I'm giving up my baseball cap. It's a flex seam. one size fits all and I think it's adorable.
