The Air Jordan 9 Retro Barons is a special edition sneaker that pays tribute to Michael Jordan's short stint in 1994. The Retro Barons Air Jordan 9 features a black and white colorway that is a nod to the Barons' team colors and Wolf Grey accents. The white upper is made of premium leather and the Jumpman logo is prominently displayed on the sole and heel tag. The Jordan logo appears in white on the tongue. The insole of the shoe is padded and lined with foam, providing a cushioned fit for the wearer. The midsole is constructed from lightweight foam and encases an Air-Sole unit, providing responsive cushioning. The outsole is made from a combination of rubber and multi-directional tread patterns, providing excellent traction and grip on the court. We think that the outstanding feature of the sneaker is its design and colorway, which pays tribute to Michael Jordan's brief baseball career with the Birmingham Barons and incorporates elements from a baseball uniform, such as pinstripes and the number 45 on the heel. The Air Jordan 9 Retro Barons was released on April 5th, 2014 at a retail price of $170. Used condition but great for rehab
