In good preloved and worked in condition. I believe they retired this style in 2024. Its so cute, with the puffy sleeves that end in buttoned cuffs, and the chest Pleating for a flattering fit. Great for “ Dapper Day” at the park or Disney Bounding. Slight pilling, but nothing really noticeable. Love the Butter Yellow color with white Pinstripes! Measurements in photos.
