The t+G Virus is a retrovirus species descended from the Progenitor Virus. Umbrella Europe engineered it between 1998 and 2002, and work ceased following a raid on the Paris Laboratory. The virus causes the host to gain defensive electrical properties, amplifying the body's electromagnetic field so that it develops a high voltage, allowing it to repel most projectiles. It also increases the host's strength and speed and allows the host to retain full intelligence, like the t-Veronica virus, due to the fact that it does not damage the brain or diminish higher brain functions.
