@tiger17 I will hold all this for you are I can go ahead & send it to you. It's gonna be tomorrow before i actually no what I'm gonna need. My Daughter does Pageants and the special theme wear for it is 80's wear! I hade already hade a costume made but its not gonna work!! So I got 2 weeks to get another one together!! I'm gonna try to find a neon Tutu and then I will no from there about the shirt. I got leggings & leg warmers and hade a pair of $125 converse tennis shoes costumized!! If you have any ideas please tell me!! I'm about to be sick over this. She is 11 yrs old but she's real little!!!
