Fully functional. Has been taken apart and cleaned/sanitized internally and has a new blower motor installed. Comes with carrying bag, power cord, new water tank, new filter and new tubing. The tubing and water tank are no longer in packaging. They were taken out to test all functions but they are new. Does not include mask or head gear.
