Repousse Vintage Cuff -- Portugal, Antiqued Finish, Swans, Cattails, Water Iris

Mom bought this in Portugal around 1999, and it was vintage then, that much I'm sure of, but there doesn't seem to be a makers' mark or any indication of the material it's made of. It does not test as sterling, but I'm not sure what exactly it is, it may be coin silver (800/825). It is handmade and easy to wear -- not super heavy at all. I don't have the receipt but there was a VAT document from this trip where I was able to locate its original price -- so it wasn't cheap, but I have struggled to find any more information on it. Priced accordingly. :/ Motif is swans, cattails, and water iris -- really pretty! A real statement piece if ever there was one. It works with a variety of styles, from bohemian to contemporary.
