Report Little Girls black sandals - size approximately 12/13 (see description)

I am not sure exactly what size these are as I can’t find it listed anywhere on the shoe. I have posted a pic of it next to my daughters target sandals size 1. I think these are a 12 or 13. Questions? Leave a comment below!
