vphb are these knee high or mid calf when all the way up?

poochiex2 @vphb I am so sorry I never saw your question. Im 5'6 with an average inseam and these fall just above midshaft and almost just under the knee. When folded down (super cute) they fall higher than the ankle but just under midshaft. Hope this helps.
