* these flats are sized 40 but I wear an EU 38 or US 8 and they fit me perfectly. Perhaps French sizes are different. They would be too tight on someone who wears an EU 40 The flats are in almost perfect condition. The leather is not wrinkled or stretched. I wore them only a few times.
