Rent the Runway Cynthia Rowley Black high low gown

Cynthia Rowley gown. This dress is a thicker quilted maylterial. i am 5' 8" and the back of the dress hits the floor without heels on. It is a size 0 but I think it runs slightly larger. There are some pilling to left strap. a few loose string to bottom of gown seen in photos. scattered threadpulls thought out dress embroidery.
