Rene by Rene Ruiz off the shoulder gown

Renee by Rene Ruiz off the shoulder draped metallic goddess dress. Fabric is a lightweight shimmer. Color is called navy but it is a periwinkle blue. I had straps added on the shoulder, but they can be tucked in or removed to be worn like the picture.
