Handmade heavy cloak / cape worn to Ren Fest one time in 2017. Worn once for a music video in 2020. Outside material feels like a velvet, inside liner is a polyester I think. The garment does not have arm holes nor a clasp. It is meant to sit over top of the shoulders. Color is a dark green, almost teal. Cape is 57 inches long from the top of the shoulder.
