Renaissance Dress Emerald Green Medieval Princess Gown

This was a dress made for a Mardi Gras ball back in the 80s. There are no tags, as this is a handmade piece. The bow snaps off on one side for easy wearing and in/off. There is a loose bead on the back of the neck, but is is still intact I estimated the size as 8-10. Please check measurements.
