Relist Fr. Chic Consignment and Co Figs Graphite Yola XXS Scrub Pants

Relisting FIGS XXS Graphite Yola Pants which I bought from Chic Consignment from another platform.When I received item, the garter of the waistline was overstretched and was around 28 to 30 and not the usual XXS Size 25. See picture. Item was not in great condition as described by seller Chic Consignment. Tried to do a return but was denied. Too big for me as I am size XXS on Figs and this might be XS or Small.
