Reiss White Open Back Gown - Size US 4

Reiss open back gown in white! New with tags. Aspen heavy lace midi Trumpet / mermaid style / bell sleeves The top does button, I just couldn’t reach it! There is some discoloration on the bottom hem where it was touching the ground at the store. I would guess this would come out but can’t guarantee. There is also some discoloration near the open back. It kind of blends in when lace is against the skin.
