Regency Dress This Dress has a belt that's been hand sewn at the waist . The sleeves have been customized to have poof added so they don't fall flat . The Dress has 2 layers both have been hemmed to accommodate a 5'6 height but could easily accommodate taller height. The Dress has a customized bustle that can be let down and the train can extend behind as you walk or for pictures. Dress is an XL and the size chart is true to size as I'm a 42 bust , B cup I bought the dress and had a seamstress customization and hemming .. With having a dress tailored it cost about 415 total between dress and tailored.
