I include photos of measurements on each garment. I put the measurements in the description, or both.
I've had two buyers who had the measurements in the photos but complained that they the item was too short or too long.
They accepted the item, then complained with a negative review, which hurts my rating and is absolutely unfair and not necessary when I would have refunded their money had they asked.
***I mailed the buyer a refund anyway with no recourse to recover my money or item because I was taken back by their adverse remarks.
I am making my descriptions clearer each time that I post a new item to avoid negative ratings and rude unnecessary comments.
Posting a negative comment on a brand new item that doesn't fit when measurements were listed is "ridiculous."
Always read the entire description & view measurements!
I read measurements when buying because a "Large" can be more like a "Medium" & vise versa.
I expect that I am not the only posher who has been stunned by a negative review when measurements were posted on the listing.
I simply can't understand it.
Poshmark should allow a seller to respond openly but there is no rebuke for a buyer who falsely post poor ratings.
I will not refund money on my own again if the buyer does not go through Poshmark in a respectable timely manner.
Not all items are sized equally--that's why I take time to post the measurements or will provide them if asked.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Share kindness!
