can you share the bust and waist measurements please?

Lying flat, the bust is 31" but the (5+ inches of) smocking lets it stretch to 40". The waist is 27" but comfortably stretches to 30" or more. My waist was about 28" when I purchased, bust 36" but I liked the fit of the size 4 much better, this size 6 felt loose. I'm pictured in the 4.
