I found this secondhand. It's new, but it looks like there's some wear (minor pilling) from storage. There's a discolored thread in the knit of the bottom front of the skirt, I'm not sure if that's a stain or a piece of the thread that wasn't colored - I've seen this in other reformation linen pieces.
