I see several pictures of the strap. Is there something wrong with the dress there? Does it fit like a 12 or perhaps was it washed and shrunk?

@bbeckmann nothing is wrong with the strap. I did not wash the dress but do not know what the previous owner did. The body fits like a 12 but as stated is much shorted on me. Just below the knee vs mid calf
