@rachelgaynes omg i'm so sorry i definitely answered this when i was out of town and forgot. i laid the dress flat and here are the measurements across:
bust: 16.5"
waist: 14.5"
shoulder to waist: 15.5" (note that this is at the shortest length, there are 3 buttons about an inch apart so could be longer)
