@cherylzehrer hi, I think it depends on how stretched out or tight fitting you want the dress to be. I’ve posted a picture of the measurement for the waist laid flat. It’s around 28” unstretched. Regarding the bust, I think it should be okay, depending on cup size. In my opinion, due to the nature of the stretchy fabric, I think it’s able to accommodate more sizes (both larger and smaller)
