Does this run small? Would you say it fits a true US 2 or US 4?

@weallaregreen I feel reformation runs small. I have this dress in a 4 and it fits but I’m not as comfortable in it as I was the 6. I’m a 1 in Zimmermann and a zero in Jcrew if that helps. Are there any other brands you wear a lot?
