suszoe @melodyub - Hi ! Arm pit to armpit flat measurement from the seam to seam is 17 and 3/4 inches. Waist flat measurement is 15". There is a gore panel in the back with smocking and elastic. The measurement chart on photo 5 is accurate. I am a true size 4. I wear size 27 Mother jeans /size 26 Madewell jeans.
