Reformation Indy Dress

Reformation Indy Green Floral Strapless Dress. I bought this from a vintage store with the intention of wearing it to a wedding, but it has three snags that I wasn't sure how to fix on short notice. There's also a small tear at the top of the slit, but I'm confident that could easily be repaired. I think someone with more skills than I have could fix the other bits too.
