Reformation Gio Ditsy Floral Midi Dress Burgundy/Maroon Size 6 *TLC*

This is Reformation's Gio dress, midi length in ditsy floral, size 6. The lining is a burgundy-maroon tone, with the outer floral print being the same with white flowers. This has a high neckline and short sleeves, and the back of the neck even has a tie detail. Please note that this dress has a flaw -- the fabric is torn along the bottom hem on one side. See photos. It is frayed. I am unsure how to fix this. Price reflects this flaw.
