Condition is new without tag. It has the bottom tag but not the white Reformation one. This is a mini length wrap dress with a v neckline, center front tie, slightly puffed shoulders, and a ruffle edged cuff. The Carmelo is slim fitting in the bodice with a relaxed fitting skirt.
